Omerch Ltd. is a UK based company, and therefore most products on sale on Omerch.com are stored with and shipped from a fulfillment partner in the UK. "Postage & Packing" charges added to customer’s baskets of these items are calculated on a total package weight based system using the below brackets. This model allows for customers of more than one item, for example a traditional album+T-Shirt bundle, to pay a more accurate rate for their order’s delivery.

0 - 100G / 101 - 250G / 251 - 500G / 501 - 750G / 751g - 2KG / 2 - 5KG / 5 - 10KG

• Any product or total package weighing more than 2kg will be sent via a more expensive tracked service.

• Baskets containing items that are available on pre-order alongside others which are in stock will be charged for the two shipments.

International
Omerch’s above referred to UK-based fulfillment partner ships internationally using this weight based model, and these charges reflect recent increases to international postage rates due to both the significant rising air freight costs from passenger planes being grounded to contain COVID-19, and the change in USA policy towards incoming mail by introducing tariffs.

Omerch is working to expand it's international fulfillment partners so as to hold stock as well in the USA, Australia and European Union; and use geo-blocking so that you see and order products shipped from closest to you, therefore both limiting international shipping and lowering your "Postage & Packing" charges.

• As of January 1st 2021, EU customers of items shipped from the UK may now be charged local VAT, Customs Duty and/or import handling fees on receipt of their delivery. The shipment value thresholds, tax rates and fees vary between European countries, as they have done internationally

• Baskets containing items that are shipped from different stock holdings in the UK, EU, USA and/or Australia will be charged for the separate shipments.

• The country each product is being shipped from and it’s approximate lead time to dispatch are noted in the basket before Checkout.

Print on Demand
To increase Omerch bands ranges and international availability, some products have been added to webstores as supplied to order ie 'Print on Demand'. These are fulfilled by and shipped direct from various third parties internationally, with the "Postage & Packing" charges added to customer’s baskets containing those products reflecting the rates of each supplier. Check product descriptions of ‘Print on Demand’ items for further details, as some only ship outside of Europe via a more expensive tracked service, whilst others do not accept returns for items made to order.
